The Holmes Academy is approved for licensing and certification by the Government of Ontario as an Educational Institution for training and the development of Home inspectors in Canada.
Our training for Home Inspectors is not the typical training course offered. The level of commitment to students and their success is vital. We only deal with the important home inspection issues/topics that will have impact on your business.
Our virtual hands on and distance learning is 225 hours in total. Average completion of the course is about 30-90 days. The curriculum includes 9 modules that cover major systems and components of a home. A link to the student portal along with instructions are emailed after registration is processed.
Full tuition payment is due upon registration to reserve placement in the online Training.
